The form is provided using SureForms. Form submissions may be stored temporarily on this website and are also delivered to our Google Workspace Gmail account. Email correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved, unless it needs to be retained for longer to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Protection against spam and abuse

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. For this purpose, Cloudflare may process information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, website interaction and challenge or verification results. We use Turnstile solely for website and form security, not for advertising or profiling.

If you choose to connect or sign in using Patreon, we exchange information with Patreon and store the information needed to identify your linked Patreon account and determine your access to membership features. This may include your Patreon user identifier, account name or alias, name, email address or profile image where supplied by Patreon, membership tier or entitlement status and relevant connection or synchronisation timestamps.

We use this information to authenticate your account, verify Patreon membership and provide the corresponding website access. Disconnecting Patreon or deleting your website account may prevent Patreon membership features from working. Patreon also processes information under its own privacy policy.

This may involve processing information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring page, date and time, approximate country and WordPress.com account identifiers where applicable. Optional statistics are not intended to load unless the relevant consent has been given.

Restricted backup copies of the website may also be stored with our backup-storage provider. Backups can contain the same categories of personal data that existed on the website when the backup was created and are retained according to our backup schedule.
